Fall Orientation & New Student Move-In

Fall Orientation & New Student Move-In

During Fall Orientation, students will engage with fellow new students, experience signature social programming, participate in educational workshops, meet with faculty, and learn about Providence College traditions. Fall Orientation features such signature Providence College traditions as the Fall Involvement Festival, Class trip to Newport, Welcome Mass, Introduction to the Development of Western Civilization Program, Welcome to the Friar Family, Class photo, and more.

Parents and family members are encouraged to support their students during move-in and attend the annual Welcome Mass for new students and families. Following Mass, Fall Orientation officially begins and does not include programming for parents and family members.

You do not need to register for Fall Orientation.
