About the Slavin Center

The Slavin Center is Providence College’s student union and offers the Providence College community a location to come together for a variety of purposes. Slavin Center contains ’64 Hall, ones of the largest meeting spaces on campus, as well as several other reservable meeting spaces.

In addition to lounge space, Slavin Center is also home to many student organization offices such as the Board of Multicultural Student Affairs, the Board of Programmers, the Friars Club, Student Congress, Peer Ministry/Campus Ministry, PCTV, WDOM and The Cowl.

Many student service offices are also housed in the Slavin Center — The Vice President for Student Affairs/Dean of Students Office, Student Activities, Involvement & Leadership (SAIL), the Chirico Career Center, Residence Life & Housing, Community Standards, and Orientation, Transitions, & Leadership. Other services in the Slavin Center include Alumni Food Court, Barnes and Noble Bookstore, Dunkin Donuts, McPhail’s, and Santander Bank.

The Slavin Center Information Ticket Office serves members of the Providence College community and visitors to our campus.

  • Takes delivery of all perishable deliveries (including flowers, Edible Arrangements, etc.) for students.  The student is contacted as soon as the delivery arrives.
  • Assists in accessing information regarding buses, trains, taxicabs, and the campus shuttle.

The Slavin Information Ticket Office DOES NOT sell tickets to Athletic events. Athletic event tickets can be purchased at the Athletics Ticket Offices in Alumni Hall and Schneider Arena.
