Transformations Leadership Retreat

We offer the fall Transformations Leadership Retreat – a program designed to help emerging leaders get further involved on campus, and foster development of their talents and skills. This annual event is hosted by a team of staff and upperclass students affiliated with the Leadership Fellows Program, and features workshops and team-building challenges, as well as downtime to connect with peers in a comfortable off-campus setting. A “Challenge by Choice” philosophy is utilized to encourage development at one’s own pace.
