Leadership Programs

Leadership Programs

The Office of Student Engagement and Leadership provides programs, coaching, and formational experiences to guide students in their leadership development. We celebrate the idea that leadership shows up in a lot of forms, so our programs are designed to challenge and support students at all stages of their leadership journey.

SEAL directly facilitate five leadership experiences, and intentionally celebrates the leadership being displayed across campus. Students who are interested in leadership but do not know how to get started can contact our office to participate in a leadership coaching session.

Not Sure Where to Start?

Leadership development is an on-going process that should be crafted by the individual to fit their personal interests and goals. We encourage students to begin engaging with programs during their first year at Providence College, but it is never too late to start your leadership journey.

We offer personalized coaching sessions that help students:

  • Identify how to start their leadership development.
  • Prepare for leadership positions that require an interview.
  • Reflect on their leadership roles, as they prepare for their life after Friartown.

Email activities@providence.edu to schedule a leadership coaching session.
